Product Profile
The ALTAIR io Dock is the compliance and calibration station for the ALTAIR io 4 and ALTAIR io 6 product family. It automates bump testing and calibration while moving detector status and reporting into the MSA Grid cloud workflow.
The dock is built to simplify setup, reduce messy gas tubing, and give crews a bank-level view of gas cylinder status, stand activity, and current test state.

Bank size
A test bank can include up to three cylinder holders and ten test stands.
Testing workflow
Supports bump-only, calibration-only, bump with calibration on failure, and smart-mode testing.
Cylinder handling
Gas cylinders can be RFID-enabled or manually configured for the bank.
Status indication
Cylinder holder LEDs indicate low, empty, or expired gas; displays show bank and stand status.
Compliance reporting
Reporting can be sent to the cloud-based MSA Grid account without separate networking setup at the dock.
