We are introducing another value added Firematic service to our customers. You can now
choose between two programs designed to help you sell your used fire apparatus.
Maybe you are interested in selling a used fire truck that has recently been replaced or perhaps you would
like to find a buyer for and older truck so you can make room for a new piece of apparatus. Well,
here is your chance!
These used fire trucks are currently for sale:
Program One - Free
Your Fire Department supplies the information, specifications, and photos. This requires nothing
more than filling out the posting form and supplying Firematic with photos. We will then post all
the information on our website for international exposure. You supply the name of the member of
your department who will be the contact for all inquiries. You will be responsible for responding to
inquiries and arranging vehicle inspections. All negotiations, bid prep, and final delivery will be the
responsibility of the posting department.
Program Two - 5% Contract Cost
Your Fire Department fills out the initial posting form. Firematic will do a basic truck inspection,
take photos, and gather pertinent information. We will provide a sales professional as the contact.
This contact will relay all information to the Fire District and arrange for any customer inspections.
All negotiations, bid prep, and final delivery will be handled by the sales professional under the
direction of the Fire District. NOTE: If you purchase a new Pierce product within 90 days
of the used truck sale the sales commission will be waived.
